Two Firm Clients Among “Top Louisiana M&A Activity” in February

Fishman Haygood clients Bernhard LLC and Bascom Hunter Technologies were recognized in New Orleans City Business as being among the top Louisiana mergers and acquisitions (M&A) deals for February 2022. Bernhard LLC, the largest privately-owned Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) company in the nation, acquired ETC Group, a Utah-based energy efficiency firm that “provides services to reduce building energy waste, reduce operational costs, and create healthy and comfortable environments.” Bascom Hunter Technologies, a Baton Rouge-based aerospace and defense sector company, acquired Seamech International, Inc. of Houston.
