We have more than 40 years combined experience handling a wide array of bankruptcy matters. We have represented both creditors and debtors in Chapter 7, Chapter 9 and Chapter 11 bankruptcy matters, prosecuted numerous fraudulent transaction and preference cases, and represented trustees and creditors in actions against directors and officers for breaches of fiduciary duties, abdication of their duties, and other claims.
