Lori Mince, Former Loyola Law Review Member, to Speak at Journal’s Annual Banquet and Awards Ceremony
April 10, 2025
Fishman Haygood partner Lori Mince will return to her alma mater, Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, to speak at the Loyola Law Review’s Annual Banquet and Awards Ceremony on April 24, 2025. While in law school, Lori was a member of the Loyola Law Review, a student-led, student-edited legal journal established in 1920. Each volume consists of two issues complete with articles written by professors, judges, and practitioners, as well as student pieces in the form of casenotes on recent court opinions and comments on a specific issue or area of law. The Loyola Law Review strives to guide legal discourse through a rigorous selection and editorial process and provide an opportunity for students to develop their own editing and writing skills. At the group’s annual banquet, candidates, members, and board members come together to celebrate the hard work and dedication of its current membership. The evening includes an awards ceremony recognizing members for their contributions to the journal. Event details can be found here.
In addition to Lori, Fishman Haygood attorneys Danny Dysart, Blair Schilling, and Sharonda Williams served as members of the journal while in law school. Notably, Maggie Daly served as the Loyola Law Review’s Substance and Citation Editor, while Dylan Futrell and Lance McCardle both contributed as Casenote and Comment Editors.
The firm is pleased to support the 2025 Loyola Law Review Annual Banquet and Awards ceremony and congratulates those who contributed to this year’s publication!
