About
Maggie Daly works on a wide range of litigation matters in both state and federal courts.
She received her law degree, summa cum laude, from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law as an Ignatian Law Scholar and William L. Crowe Scholar. While at Loyola, Maggie served as the Substance and Citation Editor of the Loyola Law Review. She also served as a Family Law Clinic student practitioner, a director’s teaching assistant for the Lawyering Program, and was a member of Lambda Law Alliance and the National Lawyers Guild.
Prior to joining Fishman Haygood, Maggie clerked for the Honorable Carl J. Barbier of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana from 2022 to 2024.
