Litigation Practice

Maggie Daly is an attorney in our firm’s Litigation Section and works on a wide range of matters in both state and federal court.

Maggie is a member of the St. Thomas More Inn of Court, the Federal Bar Association, and the Association for Women Attorneys.

She received her law degree, summa cum laude, from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law as an Ignatian Law Scholar and William L. Crowe Scholar. While at Loyola, Maggie served as the Substance and Citation Editor of the Loyola Law Review. She also served as a Family Law Clinic Student Practitioner, Director’s Teaching Assistant for the Lawyering Program, and was a Member of Lambda Law Alliance and National Lawyers Guild.

Prior to arriving at Fishman Haygood, Maggie clerked with the Honorable Carl J. Barbier of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana from 2022-2024.

Maggie received her B.A. in Chemistry, with a certificate in Environmental Studies, from Princeton University.
