Fishman Haygood LLP represented Optimum Energy Co., a portfolio company of firm client Bernhard Capital Partners, in its acquisition of Hussung Mechanical Contractors and HMC Service Company, a full-service mechanical infrastructure services firm supporting healthcare systems, universities, manufacturers, and mission critical facilities. The acquisition will bring together market-leading businesses whose capabilities create end-to-end offerings while expanding reach and scale.

Founded in 1966, Hussung Mechanical Contractors / HMC Service Company is a fourth-generation, family-owned and operated mechanical contractor and services company specializing in the design, installation, and service of HVAC, plumbing, medical gas, and piping systems across a wide range of commercial and industrial sectors.
