About

Christen Triche focuses her practice primarily on public finance transactions, corporate law, and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Fishman Haygood, Christen worked as a litigation associate at a Baton Rouge law firm. Her practice involved professional liability, defective design and construction, and corporate litigation. She also advised clients on estate planning and succession matters.

Christen received her law degree, cum laude, from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University (LSU) where she was a recipient of the Paul M. Hebert Scholar Award and the Dean’s Scholar Award. She also served as ABA Representative for the LSU Student Bar Association. Prior to law school, Christen worked as a legislative aide in the Louisiana State Senate for four years.

  • PRG Wildcats LLC as borrower in the issuance of $407.8 million in tax-exempt bonds to finance a new Central Utility Plant at the University of Kentucky.
  • PRG – Potrero Properties LLC as borrower in the issuance of $735.54 million in tax-exempt bonds for the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA) Potrero Yard Modernization Project.
  • Majestic Medical Solutions, a Baton Rouge-based provider of medical imaging equipment services, in its sale to Radon Medical Imaging, a national leader in imaging equipment maintenance and repair services.
  • Provident Resources Group and its subsidiary, PRG – The Grounds LLC, as borrower in the issuance of $67.395 in tax-exempt bonds to finance the construction of a new 130,000-square-foot administrative office building for Wake Forest University.
  • PRG – CAU Properties LLC as borrower in the issuance of $95.115 million in tax-exempt and taxable student housing revenue bonds to acquire, improve, and renovate two student housing facility projects at Clark Atlanta University (CAU) in Georgia.
