About
Christen Triche focuses her practice primarily on public finance transactions, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate.
Christen received her law degree, cum laude, from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University (LSU) where she was a recipient of the Paul M. Hebert Scholar Award and the Dean’s Scholar Award. She also served as ABA Representative for the LSU Student Bar Association. Prior to law school, Christen worked as a legislative aide in the Louisiana State Senate for four years.
Experience
- PRG Fletcher Properties LLC as borrower in the issuance of approximately $200 million in housing revenue bonds (including approximately $194 million in tax-exempt bonds) to finance student and affiliate housing facilities as part of Uptown Landing, a mixed-use development on the University of South Florida campus.
- Bernhard Capital Partners on behalf of Optimum Energy Co. (a BCP portfolio company) in its acquisition of Hussung Mechanical Contractors and HMC Service Company.
- PRG Wildcats LLC as borrower in the issuance of $407.8 million in tax-exempt bonds to finance a new Central Utility Plant at the University of Kentucky.
- PRG – Potrero Properties LLC as borrower in the issuance of $735.54 million in tax-exempt bonds for the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA) Potrero Yard Modernization Project.
- Majestic Medical Solutions, a Baton Rouge-based provider of medical imaging equipment services, in its sale to Radon Medical Imaging, a national leader in imaging equipment maintenance and repair services.
