On March 7, 2024, Fishman Haygood client Danos Group Holdings announced its acquisition of Performance Energy Services (PES). Danos Group Holdings, a Louisiana-based energy services company, acquired all PES business units; its Houma, La., administrative office; and its waterfront operations facility.
