Patrick concentrates his practice in corporate bankruptcy, corporate workouts, and financial restructuring, representing debtors, committees, trustees, equity investors, and other parties in interest. He has played major roles in the restructuring of casinos, utility companies, restaurant and fast-food chains, hotels, television broadcast companies, orthodontic management companies, and resolving claims arising from asbestos, breast implants, nuclear radiation, and other hazards through the bankruptcy process. Since 1998, Manthey has concentrated his practice on Chapter 11 reorganizations, business workouts, debt restructuring, insolvency litigation, and creditor’s rights. He is experienced in complex financial and legal matters involving numerous industries, including but not limited to, oil and gas, medical, construction, manufacturing, casinos, hotel and tourism, utilities, gaming companies, public television broadcast companies, service companies, real estate ventures, retailers, and restaurants. Nobles concentrates on debtor and creditor rights, and she has experience representing both large, complex companies and small companies in bankruptcy.
