New Orleans Bar Association 2024 Procrastinators’ Programs(sm) Include Three Additional CLE Offerings by Fishman Haygood Attorneys

In addition to those presenting as part of Masters of Courtroom(sm) on December 12, Fishman Haygood attorneys Steve Herman, Lori Mince, Jason Burge, and Tad Bartlett are also slated to speak during the New Orleans Bar Association’s 2024 Procrastinators’ Programssm series. The eight-day event, which spans dates from December 11 through December 30, offers attendees more than 56 CLE hours, including daily ethics and professionalism courses. On Thursday, December 19, 2024, Herman will present the “Latest on Products MDLs and What’s Next in This Area of the Law” alongside Michael J. Ecuyer (Gainsburgh, Benjamin, David, Meunier & Warshauer, LLC). The CLE programming includes additional presentations on appellate, estate planning, and diversity matters. On Monday, December 23, 2024, Mince and Burge will co-present “Louisiana Supervisory Writ Practice: Practice Tips and Pitfalls.” Along with this appellate specialization, the day includes presentations on topics like posthumous legal rights, data collection, the Limitation of Liability Act, and criminal rehabilitation.
