Four Attorneys to Present at Masters of the Courtroom(sm) as Part of New Orleans Bar Association’s Upcoming Procrastinators’ Programs(sm)

On December 12, 2024, Fishman Haygood attorneys Tad Bartlett, Lara Richards, Lance McCardle, and Hogan Paschal will speak at Masters of the Courtroomsm, which is offered as part of the New Orleans Bar Association’s 2024 Procrastinators’ Programssm. Attendees will learn the trial techniques of master judges, defense, and plaintiff lawyers, with topics covering everything from jury selection through the appeals process and the use of AI in criminal litigation. Bartlett will kick off the day-long event by co-presenting “Winning on Paper: Motion and Brief Writing Tips” alongside the Hon. Eva Dossier (Magistrate Judge, U.S. District Court – Eastern District of Louisiana), the Hon. Piper Griffin (Louisiana Supreme Court), and Jeffrey E. Richardson (Adams & Reese). Later in the program, Richards, McCardle, and Paschal will speak on “Use of Focus Groups and Mock Trials.” Richards leads Fishman Haygood’s in-house focus group team, which conducts data-driven jury testing and focus groups for clients.
