Mince, Schilling Among Newest Inductees for Fellowship in the Litigation Counsel of America
September 25, 2024
Fishman Haygood partners Lori Mince and Blair Schilling were recently named Fellows of the Litigation Counsel of America (LCA), a highly selective, invitation-only trial lawyer honorary society for North American lawyers, judges, and scholars. The organization’s newest Fellows will be officially inducted during the 2024 LCA Conference & Celebration of Fellows, which takes place October 23-25, 2024. Fellowship is accompanied by memberships in both the Diversity Law Institute and the Trial Law Institute. Learn more about the LCA here.
The LCA exists to “recognize deserving, experienced, and highly qualified lawyers, to provide an outlet for scholarly authorship of legal articles on trial and litigation practice, [and] to provide additional sources for professional development.” The LCA selection process is a combination of Fellow input, internal research, nomination by Fellows, as well as peer and client review. Fellows have been evaluated for effectiveness and accomplishment in both litigation and trial work. They have also been evaluated based on ethical reputation.
