Fishman Haygood represented Majestic Medical Solutions, a Baton Rouge-based provider of medical imaging equipment services, in its sale to Radon Medical Imaging, a national leader in imaging equipment maintenance and repair services.

The transaction, which closed in the fourth quarter of 2025, expands Radon’s presence into Louisiana and Mississippi and strengthens its capabilities across the Southeast.

Founded in 2004, Majestic Medical Solutions provides comprehensive asset management, maintenance, and support services for medical imaging equipment, serving hospitals, imaging centers, and healthcare providers. The company has built a strong reputation for its customer-focused approach and technical expertise.
