Fishman Haygood Client H&E Equipment Acquires Lewistown Rental and Affiliates

H&E Equipment Services announced last week its acquisition of Montana-based equipment rental company, Lewistown Rental, as well as three of its affiliated companies located in Glasgow, Great Falls, and Havre, Montana. With these acquisitions, H&E, one of the largest equipment rental companies in the country, expands its reach in the state of Montana.

Fishman Haygood LLP served as legal counsel to H&E. The team was led by Scott Chenevert, Maureen Gershanik, Marina Speligene, and Michael Stewart.

This deal aligns with the Baton Rouge-based company setting its focus on equipment rental, its fastest-growing business segment.
