Fishman Haygood Bankruptcy Team Represents Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in Venture, Inc. Bankruptcy Case

On September 22, 2023, Venture, Inc. and affiliated entities (“Debtor”) filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy relief (Case No. 23-02186) in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Mississippi (Jackson). The Debtors own seven Save-A-Lot grocery stores in Mississippi. Fishman Haygood’s Bankruptcy team, which has significant experience representing different types of committees in Chapter 11 cases, was chosen to represent the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors for Venture, Inc. in the matter. The case is pending before the Honorable Jamie A. Wilson.
