Fishman Haygood Bankruptcy Team Represents Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in Alfred Miller Contracting Case

On Nov. 14, 2022, Alfred Miller Contracting Company filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy relief (Case No. 22-20400) in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Louisiana (Lake Charles). Fishman Haygood’s Bankruptcy team, which has significant experience representing different types of committees in Chapter 11 cases, was chosen to represent the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the matter. The case is pending before the Honorable John W. Kolwe.
