Blair Schilling Named Once Again to Lawdragon’s “500 X – The Next Generation” List

Fishman Haygood partner Blair Schilling has once again been named to the Lawdragon 500 X – The Next Generation (LDX500) guide. This marks Blair’s second consecutive year on the list for her work in Commercial Litigation, especially Environmental. Launched in 2023, Lawdragon’s LDX500 recognizes attorneys who have typically been out of law school for fewer than 15 years. The publication’s rigorous selection process is based on nominations, journalistic research, and peer vetting.

Earlier this year, Blair was also recognized by Lawdragon in its 500 Leading Environmental Lawyers: The Green 500 list.

Blair’s environmental practice includes matters involving coastal restoration, land contamination, land use, clean water, getting brownfield sites safely back into commerce, regulatory and permitting, and expropriation issues. She often represents government agencies, non-profit organizations, and private companies and individuals, including the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries (LDWF), the Environmental Defense Fund, the National Wildlife Federation, Restore the Mississippi River Delta, and many private landowners.
