Bankruptcy Team Represents GPEE Lender, Senior Secured Creditor & Debtor-in-Possession Financing Lender, in Bravo Brio Chapter 11

On August 18, 2025, Bravo Brio Restaurants, LLC and related entities, the owners of the Bravo! Italian Kitchen and Brio Italian Grille restaurant chains, filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy protection (Case No.  6:25-bk-05224) in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida. The case, which will be heard before the Honorable Judge Lori V. Vaughan, marks the restaurant chains’ second bankruptcy in just more than five years.
