With decades of combined experience, the Fishman Haygood team has handled a wide array of bankruptcy matters.

Through our bankruptcy practice, we have represented both creditors and debtors in chapter 7, chapter 9 and chapter 11 bankruptcy matters, prosecuted numerous fraudulent transaction and preference cases, and represented trustees and creditors in actions against directors and officers for breaches of fiduciary duties, abdication of their duties, and other claims.
