Zoe Vogel to Speak on the Oil Pollution Act at LSBA’s 33rd Annual Admiralty Symposium

Fishman Haygood Associate Zoe Vogel will speak on “The Oil Pollution Act of 1990: How it Holds Up in 2026” at the Louisiana State Bar Association’s 33^rd Annual Admiralty Symposium on Sept. 18, 2026. The CLE event also includes presentations on the borrowed servant doctrine and the Jones Act, navigating maritime settlements, a maritime law update, and more.

Zoe focuses her practice on environmental law and litigation. While at Tulane University Law School, she served as editor-in-chief of the Tulane Environmental Law Journal and a Rule XX student attorney for the Tulane Environmental Law Clinic.

Prior to joining Fishman Haygood, Zoe was a legal fellow with the Environmental Law Institute in Washington, D.C., where she conducted legal research and writing for publications on topics including coastal resilience, hazard mitigation, nature-based infrastructure, sea level rise, offshore wind, Tribal consultation, and hardrock mining.
