Zoe Vogel focuses her practice on environmental law and litigation.

Prior to joining Fishman Haygood, she was a legal fellow with the Environmental Law Institute in Washington, D.C., where she conducted legal research and writing for publications on topics including coastal resilience, hazard mitigation, nature-based infrastructure, sea level rise, offshore wind, Tribal consultation, and hardrock mining. She also planned and moderated panels for the Institute’s Community Lawyering CLE series in support of environmental justice–focused pro bono work.

Zoe received her law degree, cum laude, from Tulane Law School. While at Tulane, she served as editor in chief of the Tulane Environmental Law Journal and a Rule XX student attorney for the Tulane Environmental Law Clinic, where she represented clients in civil rights proceedings under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act. She is a member of the Association for Women Attorneys – New Orleans and the New Orleans Bar Association.
