Schilling speaks at the 23rd Annual Tulane Environmental Law & Policy Summit

Fishman Haygood lawyer E. Blair Schilling presented on the topic of “Coastal Remedies Post-SLFPAE: Private and Parish Litigation”at the 23rd Annual Tulane Environmental Law & Police Summit on March 9, 2018.

Schilling’s presentation focused on litigation that aims to hold responsible parties accountable for coastal loss across south Louisiana due oil and gas operations conducted there.  Fishman Haygood currently represents a number of Louisiana landowners against some of the industry’s largest oil and gas operators in lawsuits that seek restoration and compensation for extensive land loss and contamination.

Schilling is a member of the firm’s litigation group.  She practices in diverse areas, including environmental law.
