Lori Mince to present ABA webinar on Ethics in Contract Negotiations

Contract negotiations often involve an attorney “puffing” the client’s strengths  or positions while downplaying other aspects of the deal in order to get the client the best outcome.  On April 10, the ABA Section of Real Property, Trusts and Estates will present a webinar on Ethics in Contract Negotiations for CLE credit. Fishman Haygood Partner, Lori Mince, will join a panel to discuss how to maintain fidelity to,  and advocacy for, a client while not breaching an attorney’s obligations  of candor and truthfulness.
