Fishman Haygood Successfully Obtains Case Dismissal of Putative Class Action Against Client GoAuto

On September 25, 2024, Judge Brian A. Jackson of the Middle District Court of Louisiana dismissed a putative class action case in favor of Fishman Haygood client GoAuto Insurance. The suit, which involved thousands of putative class members and millions of dollars in alleged liability, related to the company’s automobile policy cancellation practices.
