Fishman Haygood Represents Sellers in Acquisition of Crowne Plaza Executive Center Baton Rouge Hotel

On March 31, 2025, APM Property Holdings LLC, a Florida-based real estate company, closed on its purchase of the Crowne Plaza Executive Center Baton Rouge hotel, previously owned by Fishman Haygood clients Baton Rouge Hotel LLC and BR Capital Holdings Inc., a subsidiary of Big Rock Equities. The newly renovated 294-room property has been a hospitality asset to the Baton Rouge area since 1973. Read more about the deal in both the Greater Baton Rouge Business Report and the Advocate.

Fishman Haygood represented Baton Rouge Hotel and BR Capital Holdings in negotiations with and sale to APM Property Holdings. The firm’s team was led by Louie Quinn, Christen Triche, and Megan Broussard. Hunter Hotel Advisors brokered the sale.
