Fishman Haygood Represents Danos Group Holdings in Acquisition of AXion Logistics

Fishman Haygood, LLP represented Danos Group Holdings, LLC, an affiliate of firm client Danos, in its acquisition of 100% of the equity interests in AXion Logistics, LLC, a Texas third-party logistics (3PL) provider serving the petrochemical and industrial sectors.

The transaction, effective April 1, 2026, expands the supply chain capabilities of Danos, headquartered in Louisiana, and enhances its ability to deliver integrated, end-to-end logistics solutions across the energy value chain. It also builds on an existing partnership between the companies, advancing their collaboration through greater operational integration and expanded service offerings.
