Fishman Haygood Represents Aventia in Acquisition of Bryant Hammett & Associates

Fishman Haygood LLP represented Aventia, a portfolio company of client Bernhard Capital Partners (Bernhard), in its acquisition of Bryant Hammett & Associates (BHA), a Louisiana-based civil engineering, land surveying, and hazard mitigation firm serving clients throughout Central and Gulf South Louisiana.  The acquisition further expands Aventia’s nationwide footprint and strengthens its engineering, environmental, and infrastructure capabilities.

Launched by Baton Rouge-based Bernhard in 2022, Aventia is a national environmental services platform providing consulting, field services, and technology-driven solutions to public and private sector clients in more than 40 states. The BHA acquisition marks Aventia’s seventh transaction since 2022.

Founded in 1984, BHA specializes in critical infrastructure and hazard mitigation services. The company maintains four regional offices throughout Louisiana, working with both government agencies and private clients.
