Fishman Haygood Client Danos Expands Technical Services in Automation & Panel Fabrication with Panel Specialists, Inc. Acquisition

On October 2, 2025, Danos, LLC announced its acquisition of substantially all assets of Panel Specialists, Inc. Houma-based Panel Specialists, which has been in business for nearly four decades, focuses on control panels, instrumentation, and electrical solutions. Danos, an energy services company headquartered in Gray, La., will assume Panel Specialists’ services—from panel fabrication and automation to the maintenance and repair of valves. The deal, which marks the company’s third acquisition of 2025 alone, marks a “significant step forward in delivering even greater value to our customers,” according to Paul Danos, CEO of Danos.
