Fishman Haygood Bankruptcy Team Represents Atlantic Natural Foods in Chapter 11 Reorganization

On April 7, 2025, Atlantic Natural Foods, LLC (“Debtor”) filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection (Case No. 2:25-bk-10676) in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana. Atlantic Natural Foods, a plant-based food company, owns vegan brands Loma Linda, Chik’n, Tuno, Neat, Kaffree Roma, and Modern Menu. Fishman Haygood’s Bankruptcy team, which has significant experience representing companies undergoing reorganization, was chosen to represent Atlantic Natural Foods in the matter. The case is pending before the Honorable Meredith S. Grabill.
