Fishman Haygood Bankruptcy Team Leads Atlantic Natural Foods Through Successful Bid Process and Asset Sale

On August 15, 2025, Atlantic Natural Foods, LLC (ANF) confirmed the completion of the sale of select assets, including its Loma Linda, neat, and TUNO business units, as well as Kaffree Roma, to Century Pacific North America, a subsidiary of Philippines-based Century Pacific Food, Inc. ANF is a plant-based food company and leading shelf stable manufacturer of several vegan brands sold throughout the United States and in 30 countries. The sale was approved by the Honorable Meredith S. Grabill of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana. Click here to read the full press release.

Fishman Haygood’s Bankruptcy team represented ANF through the marketing and sales process while the company was under chapter 11 bankruptcy protection (Case No. 2:25-bk-10676). Specifically, attorneys Tristan Manthey and Joseph Caneco, who have significant experience representing companies undergoing reorganization, led this process.

Following this success, the team will continue working to sell the company’s remaining assets and confirm a chapter 11 plan. Fishman Haygood is confident the secured lender will be paid in full, and unsecured creditors will receive a distribution.
