Fishman Haygood assists with Stirling-Ochsner medical development in LaPlace

Stirling Medical Lacombe, L.L.C., an affiliate of Stirling Properties, L.L.C., has undertaken the ground-up new construction of an approximately 20,000-square-foot Emergency Department & Imaging Clinic for Ochsner Clinic Foundation.
The development, in LaPlace, Louisiana, will give Louisiana’s largest healthcare provider a stronger foothold in St. John the Baptist Parish.
Fishman Haygood lawyers Steven Serio and Tyler Marquette represented Stirling in the acquisition, development, and financing of the project.
