Firm Client Provident Resources Group Closes on 130,000-Square-Foot Administrative Office Building for Wake Forest University

A subsidiary of Fishman Haygood client Provident Resources Group, Inc. (Provident), PRG – The Grounds LLC, recently served as borrower in the issuance of $67,395,000 in tax-exempt bonds to finance the construction of a new 130,000-square-foot administrative office building for Wake Forest University. When completed in 2027, the five-story building will house 400 university staff members. Wake Forest celebrated the groundbreaking on December 16, 2025.

The project is an integral component of the larger effort to transform the area around Allegacy Stadium into The Grounds—a 100-acre mixed-use development blending retail, dining, entertainment, office space, activities, walking trails, and residential living.

Provident is a national non-profit organization committed to making a positive impact in communities across the country through the development, ownership, and operation of state-of-the-art educational, healthcare, senior living, and multi-family housing facilities and services.
