Firm Client Danos Expands Valve Services Offering with Acquisition of X-Pro and Surplus Valve Warehouse

Fishman Haygood client Danos, LLC recently announced that it has acquired substantially all the assets of X-Pro, LLC along with Surplus Valve Warehouse, LLC, which owns X-Pro’s inventory. With this acquisition, Danos, a Louisiana-based energy services company, expands its valve and wellhead services offering, further strengthening its position as a provider to the industrial and energy industries. Danos Ventures, the family-owned investment company, facilitated the transaction on behalf of Danos, LLC.  Read the press release here.
