Charles Landry & Scott Chenevert Once Again Named to Baton Rouge Business Report’s Capital Region 500 Guide

Fishman Haygood partners Charles Landry and Scott Chenevert were selected as 2024 Capital Region 500 honorees, a guide produced by the Baton Rouge Business Report. The list includes the “most powerful and influential business and community leaders in the Capital Region.” Last year, Landry and Chenevert were selected to the publication’s inaugural guide. The Capital Region 500 is the result of nearly a year of research and review. The guide highlights key leaders across a wide array of sectors, including business, government, and nonprofit.
Landry’s practice focuses on the areas of real estate development, real estate finance, land use, and zoning. He has represented numerous parties in a wide range of real estate transactions, which include residential developments, office buildings, shopping malls and centers, hotels and medical facilities, golf course communities, and industrial developments. Landry is currently serving as Lead Counsel for the Memorial Park Redevelopment Project in Baton Rouge, La., one of the largest mixed-use capital investment projects in the state’s history. Chenevert concentrates his practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, energy-as-a-service, corporate governance, and finance and securities. He has represented private and public companies in the real estate development, energy and oilfield services, technology, and professional services industries. Earlier this year, he was selected to The Legal 500’s M&A Powerlist: USA 2024, which includes a select group of private practitioners and highlights the country’s ever-evolving M&A landscape.
