Charles Landry & Scott Chenevert Named to Capital Region 500 by Baton Rouge Business Report for Third Consecutive Year

Fishman Haygood partners Charles Landry and Scott Chenevert were selected as 2025 Capital Region 500 Honorees, a guide produced by the Baton Rouge Business Report. First published in 2023, the list includes the “most powerful and influential business and community leaders in the Capital Region. For the past three years, Charles and Scott have been recognized in the publication’s guide. Click here to see the 2025 honorees.
The Capital Region 500 is the result of nearly a year of research and review. The guide highlights key leaders across a wide array of sectors, including business, government, and nonprofit.
Charles’ practice focuses on the areas of real estate development, real estate finance, land use, and zoning. He has represented numerous parties in a wide range of real estate transactions, including residential developments, office buildings, shopping centers, hotels, and more. Charles currently serves as lead counsel for the renovation, expansion, and development of several Louisiana State University (LSU) Athletic Facility Projects and LSU Research District and Entertainment District. He also serves as lead counsel for the Memorial Park Redevelopment Project, one of the largest mixed-use capital investment projects in the state’s history. Scott concentrates his practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt investments, joint ventures, energy-as-a-service, and corporate governance. He has represented private and public companies in technology and professional services, energy and oilfield services, and real estate development industries. Scott also has extensive experience serving as outside general counsel for privately held and family companies.
