Bernhard Capital Portfolio Company Aventia Grows Environmental Services Portfolio with Habitat Management, Inc. Acquisition

Industry-leading environmental solutions platform Aventia recently announced its acquisition of Colorado-based Habitat Management, Inc. (HMI). A natural resource management and ecological consulting firm, HMI specializes in environmental projects, land reclamation and permitting, and regulatory affairs. Aventia, a portfolio company of Baton Rouge-based Bernhard Capital Partners (BCP), provides a comprehensive suite of environmental and technology-driven solutions to meet client needs in both the public and private sectors. Significantly, this deal marks Aventia’s fifth strategic acquisition since partnering with BCP in 2022.
