Business Practice, Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Real EstateMegan Broussard is an attorney in our firm’s Business Section. Her practice primarily focuses on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate.
Megan received her law degree, cum laude, from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University (LSU) and served as the Executive Senior Editor of the Louisiana Law Review. In law school, she also served as an Academic Tutor and a Judicial Extern. Prior to law school, Megan graduated summa cum laude from LSU with a degree in Psychology.
