On September 23, 2024, Hunterbrook Media published “‘Grand Deception’ – Winnebago Muzzles Outcry Over Major Problem That Owners Say Makes RVs Dangerous, Untowable, Worthless.”[1] In the article, Hunterbrook states that Winnebago’s “best-selling Grand Design RVs” appear to be “experiencing frame failure, potentially affecting thousands of units sold for more than a billion dollars. This defect has led to costly damage and potential safety hazards and rendered some RVs unroadworthy.”

Fishman Haygood is looking into whether a class action lawsuit may be filed as a result of these structural failures. The firm has experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in products liability cases, giving our attorneys an advantage in assessing the merits and shortcomings of a potential case.

Do you own a Winnebago Grand Design RV? Have you experienced problems with a broken or defective frame? If so, our attorneys would like to speak with you.
