Williams prevails for property owners in Bourbon Street dispute

On behalf of property owners, Fishman Haygood’s Sharonda Williams has successfully concluded a year-long proceeding to evict the Bourbon Street strip club Temptations. After a string of code violations, including license suspensions, on January 30, 2018 the club’s owners agreed to permanently shutter the club and vacate the property.
