Representative Experience
- Represented various states, cities, hospitals, and airports in cases involving auction rate securities, recovering hundreds of millions of dollars.
- Represented two public pension funds in a case that recovered $50 million plus against a broker-dealer arising out of a failed CDO.
- Represented the state of Louisiana in a work-out of a failed financing of a multibillion-dollar infrastructure program.
