Partner Tad Bartlett, head of Fishman Haygood’s Appellate Section, has published his fifth annual year-in-review look at U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit opinions. These statistics are based on 2,424 total opinions from October 2024 through September 2025, an increase of only 9 when compared to the 2023-24 year.
