Scott Willis, a partner in Fishman Haygood’s Business Section, will co-present on “Real Estate Finance Opinion Letters: Assumptions and Limitations” for an American Law Institute Continuing Legal Education (ALI CLE) and American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL) joint webinar on April 24, 2024. The program aims to give lawyers involved in commercial real estate finance transactions the information they need to draft and deliver real estate opinion letters, or to receive opinion letters, in the right way.
