Steve Herman to Present Live myLawCLE Webinar on Ethical Compliance for Attorneys

This two-hour program explores how everyday decisions, oversights, and shortcuts can lead to serious disciplinary consequences for attorneys. Steve frequently speaks about and writes on the topic of legal ethics. Most recently, he spoke on “Marketing, Mentoring, and Managing Information: What the ABA Has to Say About ListServs, Google Reviews, and Related Topics” at the Louisiana Association for Justice Last Chance CLE. Last year, he also wrote the “Examining Ethical Rules” thought leadership series, which explored various American Bar Association Professional Rules and other legal requirements that could potentially be implicated with the use—or non-use—of ChatGPT or other generative AI. Steve serves on the standing Louisiana State Bar Association (LSBA) Rules of Professional Conduct Committee. Earlier this year, he was asked by the Jefferson Parish Ethics and Compliance Commission to conduct an independent ethics investigation of the parish’s Inspector General.
