Sharonda Williams to Offer In-House Counsel Perspective at LSBA’s 37th Annual Summer School Revisited CLE

On December 18, 2025, Fishman Haygood special counsel Sharonda Williams will provide her “In-House Counsel Perspectives” during the Louisiana State Bar Association’s (LSBA) 37th Annual Summer School Revisited CLE seminar. The two-day event offers attendees a recap from the LSBA’s earlier event, which was held in June of this year, and includes topics like recent developments in civil procedure, successions, and property law, as well as a presentation on starting your own practice. In addition to her work at Fishman Haygood, Sharonda is Vice-President, General Counsel and Director of Government Affairs at Loyola University New Orleans. In this role, she provides in-house counsel to the university and its board or directors. Learn more about her practice here.

Sharonda is extremely active in professional and civic organizations, and she is often asked to speak to both local and regional groups. On December 11, she will present at Masters of the Courtroomsm, which is offered as part of the New Orleans Bar Association’s (NOBA) 2025 Procrastinators’ Programssm. In addition to the summer school seminar, she will present on “Professionalism: The Rewards of Service” at the LSBA’s Ethics & Professionalism: Watch Your P’s & Q’s event on December 12.
