Serio, Saulsbury Lecture on Drafting Acquisition Agreements

Fishman Haygood Partner Steven Serio and Associate Chip Saulsbury were featured speakers at a recent National Business Institute event titled “Advanced Business Contracts: Acquisition Agreements.”
Steven and Chip, members of the firm’s Business Section, lectured on how to draft and negotiate representations and warranties that reduce post-closing disputes and also how to minimize purchase price disputes.
The CLE event, which was held in New Orleans, highlighted the most commonly disputed areas in acquisition agreements and ways to prevent disputes in the future in these types of agreements.
