Fishman Haygood attorneys maintain broad civil practices, including unique experience in maritime matters. Notably, in 2010 Herman was appointed to serve as one of two Liaison and Lead Class Counsel for all businesses, individuals, and local governments involved in the Deepwater Horizon/BP Oil Spill litigation. On the opposite side of this matter, Miller represented Transocean, the owner of the drilling vessel and Petitioner in Limitation, in the oil spill litigation.
Bergeron’s practice has recently focused on Jones Act, general maritime, and limitation of liability cases for both plaintiffs and defendants in all three Louisiana federal district courts as well as the Southern District of Texas. Learn more about our attorneys here.
