McCardle Named a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America

Fishman Haygood partner Lance McCardle has been named a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America (LCA), an invitation-only trial lawyer honorary society. The LCA’s purpose is to “promote superior advocacy and ethical standards in the practice of law” while recognizing “deserving, experienced, and highly qualified lawyers.” Click here to read more about the LCA.

Members are invited into Fellowship after being evaluated for their accomplishments in litigation and trial work, as well as for their ethical reputations. McCardle practices in the areas of securities arbitration and litigationenvironmental law, and general commercial litigation. He regularly represents investors (both individuals and institutions) in claims against their brokers, investment advisors, and/or investment banks in court or in arbitration proceedings administered by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”). McCardle also represents several landowners in claims against oil and gas companies for damage and land loss caused by oil and gas operations.
