Landry to Speak on “Sports-Anchored Mixed-Use Districts: Universities Blazing a Trail” During 2024 P3 Higher Education Summit

On October 7, 2024, Fishman Haygood partner Charles A. Landry will speak on the “Sports-Anchored Mixed-Use Districts: Universities Blazing a Trail” panel during the 2024 Public-Private Partnership (P3) Higher Education Summit in Washington, D.C. As higher education institutions face challenges in finding ways to upgrade existing facilities and deliver major new expansions, many are looking at P3s and alternative delivery models as an opportunity to facilitate growth. Panelists will explore the transformative projects they are working on for universities around the country, discussing both the similarities and the differences in not only the nature of the project, but also the approach to delivering the project—each of which is reflective of the unique culture and traditions of some of the most iconic institutions in the nation. See the summit’s agenda here.

The P3 Higher Education Summit is one of the largest gatherings of higher education business officers, campus planners, and facility managers from two- and four-year colleges and universities, community colleges, research facilities, technical schools, and smaller institutions from across the country.
