Landry, Quinn, Serio & Willis Four of Only Sixteen Louisiana Attorneys Named to Lawdragon’s 2026 “500 Leading Real Estate Lawyers”

Fishman Haygood Partners Charles A. Landry, Louie Quinn, Steven Serio, and Scott Willis have been named to the 2026 Lawdragon 500 Leading Real Estate Lawyers guide. All four attorneys were recognized for their work in Real Estate, Development, and Finance. With only 16 Louisiana attorneys represented in the guide, the firm maintains a significant percentage of those honored. Notably, Charles and Louie are the only attorneys from Baton Rouge to make the list.

This year marks the third edition of Lawdragon’s 500 Leading Real Estate Lawyers list. The worldwide guide highlights lawyers with practices ranging from development, finance, leasing, REITs, construction, disputes and litigation. Attorneys are chosen based on independent research, submissions, and vetting.

This is not the only honor that Fishman Haygood’s real estate team has garnered recently. Charles, Louie, Steven, and Scott were also recognized in the 2027 edition of The Best Lawyers in America® for their work in Real Estate Law, among other related practice areas. In addition, Steven was named the Best Lawyers® “Lawyer of the Year” in Real Estate Law (New Orleans) for 2027.
