Kerry Miller Named to Forbes’ Inaugural Best-in-State Lawyers List

Fishman Haygood partner Kerry Miller has been named to Forbes’ inaugural edition of America’s Best-in-State Lawyers for Litigation. In response to the evolving legal and economic landscape of 2025, Forbes curated its offering through a rigorous, multi-stage research process. To create its inaugural offering, Forbes assembled an editorial team with vast experience in and knowledge of the practice of law, legal news coverage, and the legal marketplace. Most recently, Kerry and the firm’s products liability team secured what appears to be the first Daubert ruling on a causation expert in aqueous film forming foams (AFFF) cases involving firefighters who developed testicular cancer (Landon Young, et al. v.
