Herman to Present on Ethical Rules for Using Chat GPT/AI at Wyoming Trial Lawyers Association’s 2024 Annual Convention

On Friday, June 14, 2024, Steve Herman, Fishman Haygood special counsel, will present on “Ethical Rules for Using Chat GPT/AI” at the Wyoming Trial Lawyers Association’s (WTLA) 2024 Annual Convention in Cody, Wy. The CLE presentation is part of a three-day convention and will identify and examine the ethical questions around the use of artificial intelligence products and services in the legal field. The WTLA is a state division of the American Association for Justice (AAJ). Herman has served on the AAJ’s Board of Governors since 2014, and he currently serves as Chair of the AAJ’s AI Task Force. He is also a past president of the Louisiana Association for Justice (LAJ), the state trial attorney association affiliated with AAJ.
